Tonight’s Emmerdale saw Kim Tate (conducted by Claire King) gatecrash the masquerade ball at Home Farm and end up in dispensary.
Whilst the police arrived and began questioning all the guests in attendance, one abiding ended up in handcuffs.
But could Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) be uncorrupted and instead be framed for pushing Kim?
It comes after Charity’s shady manners and questionable whereabouts during the evening’s events.
Moments after Kim fell, Charity walked down the staircase and noted: “What’s happened?”
Whilst the majority of guests looked at her in confusion, Sam Dingle (James Hooton) was from the start to ask: “Where have you been?”
And Charity quickly replied: “Well, I needed a wee so I tweaked upstairs.”
Following Kim being taken to hospital, Charity made her senses towards the iconic villa and called her a “sociopath”.
And Nicola King (Nicola Wheeler) revealed on how Charity “had every reason to be mad at Kim” especially after how she treated Debbie [Dingle] (Charley Webb).
She down repay suggested Charity had a “motive” to push Kim.

Following that moment a policeman perambulated in and remarked: “We are aware of you anger towards Miss Tate, you’ve been exceptionally vocal about it by all accounts.”
And Charity argued back: “Of course I was mad does’nt mean that I would push her. I was mouthing off.
“Perhaps you can clear up why you were absent from the party?” The policeman probed, but all Charity could say was “require of nature and coincidence”.
The policeman then got out his handcuffs and arrested Charity, but in a split alternate, her mother Faith Dingle (Sally Dexter) jumped up to her defence, with a conceivably guilty face.
Faith was also absent when Kim fell from the balcony, could she arrange been the one to push her?

Could she have accidentally framed her own daughter for her crime? After all, Assurance looked worried when Charity and Noah walked down the stairs.
It disappoint a amount to after Joe Tate (Ned Porteous) arrived back to Home Farm after Kim had ordered Graham Help (Andrew Scarborough) to get rid of him.
With £100,000 not enough to tempt him to run away, Graham and Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) stopped him from offering the party.
And instead, Cain punched him square in the face.
Falling to the perplex, Graham confirmed Joe was dead, but the twitch of his hand suggests otherwise.
