Mel, who joined Steve Owen in 2001, had discovered that she was pregnant as she fled to Portugal the cleave to year.
Tamzin confirmed this week that the son of Steve Owen (Martin Kemp) is now a strapping youth, called Hunter.
Speaking to this week’s TV Times, she said: “My own kids are much younger, and we’re idiots and twists together, whereas a 15-16-year-old boy is a very different dynamic.”
Speaking involving Hunter, she continued: “He’s resentful and angry – everything that teenagers are.

Tamzin, who was married to the former EastEnders actor from 2006 to 2014, relinquished birth to her first daughter Florence Elsie Ellis back in 2008.
The marry welcomed their second child together, Marnie Mae Ellis, four years later, prior to announcing their separation.

The actress has also launched up about her appearance on EastEnders, stating: “I think as you get older, you can bring perspicacity and experience to your performance.”
The mother-of-two added: “For me, nothing is as important as making stable my children are healthy.
“So as much as I adore my job, I wouldn’t go home and obsess upward of it. Having kids puts everything into perspective.”
