The circumstance occurred at Naas General Hospital, where a number of children were nowadays at the time.
A witness explained how the children watched in horror as the man smashed looking-glass in the hospital at around 10pm on Saturday, August 13.
“There were children announce and were cowering under chairs in fear,” the witness said.
Gardai buttressed that criminal damage was done to the hospital at around 10:15pm, in which a opera-glasses door was broken.
Nobody has been arrested but gardai said they are investigating the material.
