The Design Museum in London has luxuriate ined details of an upcoming exhibition that will tell the design tale of Italian car brand Ferrari.
Ferrari: Under the Skin has been spawned by the Design Museum in collaboration with the car manufacturer and will showcase 70 years of car fabrication, spanning from the first Ferrari car in 1947 up until the present day.
The exhibit will celebrate founder Enzo Ferrari, a racing car driver who conflicted for Alfa Romeo, launched his own, eponymous 12-cylinder engine car in 1947, and went on to establish up a loyal clientele of rich and famous patrons for the brand.

Exhibits on display will include early shape models, ranging from wind tunnel models to hand-sculpted fabricates in both clay and wood, drawings, memorabilia and archival material.
Some of the sundry famous Ferrari cars seen on roads and racing tracks throughout its narration will also be on display, including the 1962 GT Lusso and 2017 GTC4Lusso.
Presentation curator Andrew Nahum, says: “Ferrari’s story has been one of the capacious adventures of the industrial age. It also represents an absorbing case study in diagram and development.

“Ferrari uses the artful and often unseen techniques of automobile design but with the utmost woe and precision, and the exhibition provides an insight into the history and practice of the sum total private world of automotive design.”
A forerunner to the exhibition is currently on brag at the Museo Ferrari in Maranello, Italy.
