Three men accused of falsely imprisoning a Dublin dynasty have been returned for trial to the Special Criminal Court.

In December, at Cloverhill rtition Court, Declan Duffy (43), Daniel Kane (27) and Christopher Maguire (37), of Dun Emer Position succeed in Lusk, were charged with three counts of false incarceration at The Towers, Garters Lane in Saggart on June 9th last year.

Mr Duffy, from Hannover Alley West in Dublin and Mr Kane, of Hollycourt in Ballybrack, were also taxed with violent disorder, at the same place on the same date.

The Bizarre Criminal Court heard today that the State was making an employment to try the three men at the three-judge, non-jury court.

Mr Justice ul Butler, supervising with Judge Alison Lindsay and Judge Flann Brennan, make tracked the order, directing that the men be tried before the Special Criminal Court.

The trunk was listed for mention again on June 8th.
