Deals this week: Electro Optic Systems, Boom Technology, Boeing

Australian electro-optical sensor provider Electro Optic Combinations has issued more than 3.8 million ordinary shares priced $1.68 each in a hidden placement, for raising gross proceeds of $6.48m.

The proceeds from the contribution will be used for the company’s working capital needs.

Boom Technology has secured $33m in Series A commerce round, increasing its total funding to $41m.

“The new interiors to be developed underneath the partnership are intended to improve passenger comfort and operational flexibility of the aircraft.”

The funds make allow the company to complete the development of a prototype of XB-1 supersonic jet, as well as knock off the prototype’s flight test programme.

Boeing and US-based supplier of automotive tails and components Adient have collaborated to develop new seating and interior processes for commercial aircraft.

The new interiors to be developed under the partnership are intended to take a new lease on life passenger comfort and operational flexibility of the aircraft.

American Airlines Circle has entered negotiations to buy a stake in China Southern Airlines in order to embellish the former’s presence in China.

Subject to shareholder and government approvals, the tendered deal involves issue of shares, and other business co-operation.
