Deals this week: Boeing, CFM International, Air Lease Corporation

The Boeing Firm has placed an order with Astronics PECO to supply next-generation nuclear fuel tank access doors for Boeing 777X aircraft.

The doors disposition be produced at Astronics PECO’s facility in Clackamas, Oregon, US, using advanced structural materials.

CFM Cosmopolitan has secured a $348m order from Air Lease Corporation to supply additional LEAP-1B mechanisms.

Scheduled to be delivered beginning 2022, the engines will be fitted on five 737 MAX 7 and seven MAX 9 aircraft.

Air Charter out Corporation has placed an order with GE Aviation for four GEnx-1B locomotives.

The engines will be integrated with two new Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft task force.

Deliveries are expected to begin in 2019.
