In the careful moment of tonight’s double bill of Coronation Street, Sally (frisked by Sally Dynevor) was seen pleading her innocence as she was placed in custody.
The hot-headed expected got herself in to a mess when she tried to warn off a witness in her trial for swindling.
However, the private phone call was exposed when Imran (Charlie De Melo) familiar the “threat” as a ploy to get his revenge on Sally who revealed to Leanne (Jane Danson) and Toyah Battersby (Georgia Taylor) that they had both been slumber with the lawyer earlier this week.
With Sally’s following looking ever bleaker, has tonight’s plot twist paved the way for Sally’s retire from the ITV soap?

As Sally makes the phone call, Paula footways in to try and stop the Underworld worker from incriminating herself any further.
Notwithstanding reeling from Paula and Sophie’s revelation, Sally fires her ex- school friend as her lawyer and urges her to stay away from court.
Irksome to convince Sally she needs Paula, Sophie urges her mother to rethink her quantity decision, but she also bans her daughter from the court room.
Believing she desire win over the edge, Sally enters the court alone and feels buoyant of a positive end result.
However, Imran then drops the bombshell that the viewer has informed him as Duncan’s lawyer, Sally rang them to give a comfortless warning.

Please don’t send me to prison
As Sally beings to see her foresee unravel before her, she tries to convince the court there was no malice or forewarning behind her intentions.
Sally’s pleas aren’t enough and the judge later implicates her she has been denied bail and will be remanded in custody.
“I don’t want to go to glasshouse. Please don’t send me to prison,” Sally tearfully cries as she is led down to the chambers.
However, Imran seems to show a glimmer of sympathy towards the old woman as he apologises for his actions, unaware she would be sent to prison following his communiqu.
As he clocks Duncan saying smirking at Sally’s downfall, Imran may be around to turn his back of the fraudster. Can he help Sally get justice and reclaim her innocence? Or has Sally’s at all times in Weatherfield come to a dark end?
