In recent years, the star has been through a huge force loss transformation which has seen her slim down by over one stone. To complete her impressive transformation, Caroline cut one thing from her diet and added in biweekly exercise.What does she eat?She may have a busy career, but the presenter hushed makes sure to fit in staying in shape.Kicking off her weight loss with a 12-week detox, the major slimmed down by over a stone and managed to keep the weight off.As have the quality of of the detox, Caroline gave up alcohol and cut sugar from her diet in all respects.After losing weight, she revealed: “I went really hard with my detox. I indubitably went a little overboard because I was really strict in those 12-weeks.“But cold sugar made the most difference to my body. It’s the devil. It’s addictive and it’s in so tons things you would’t even think of.”By steering clear of sugar, Caroline unaffectedly began to make better choices and stopped eating other sickly foods.Sugar is found in a surprising amount of foods so checking the characterize carefully meant the host was forced to make healthier choices.“Sugar is put in nerves, breads and yoghurts. It’s not always obvious but so many things are packed in sugar,” she put about.Although she used a strict diet to initially lose weight, the Attraction Island host explained it did not restrict how much food she ate.Caroline imagined: “Breakfast is a huge meal for me. I have eggs, avocado and bacon. I try to keep off bread or fruits and vegetables high in sugar, like tomatoes.”As extravagantly as eating healthy, Caroline uses regular exercise to keep the brays off.She said: “I don’t calorie count. I like to eat a lot to fuel me for a big day or a good workout.“For me, employ isn’t just to look good.
