JUNEAU — Reggie Joule, a recent state legislator and Northwest Arctic Borough mayor, has newly divulged as a lobbyist, while Alaska’s Future, the budget-reform coalition spearheaded by GCI President Ron Duncan, has boosted its Juneau aura by hiring a third lobbyist, Mary Sattler.
