Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus reuteri and Lactobacillus rhamnosus are all probiotics that from been claimed to improve arthritis symptoms.
Probiotics are living bacteria in the digestive homily, that improve the quality and quantity of the gut’s beneficial bacteria.
